Rahim leads youth programming at Community Grapevines, helping design and guide initiatives that support at-risk and justice-impacted youth through education, mentorship, and restorative engagement. He also serves as a senior advisor and mentor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance rooted in community-centered leadership and lived experience.
