Community Grapevines is a nonprofit rooted in equity and inclusion, dedicated to supporting justice-involved youth / opportunity youth, women, returning citizens, seniors, and families as they overcome systemic barriers and build brighter futures. Through holistic, community-based programs focused on education, wellness, food security, family reunification, and social reintegration, we meet people where they are—addressing immediate needs while creating pathways to long-term stability and empowerment.
