Wellness Wednesdays – Mindful Wellness & Emotional Well-Being
Wellness Wednesdays at Community Grapevines, Inc. are centered on mindful wellness, emotional intelligence, and whole-person care.
This day is designed as a safe and supportive space where community members can slow down, check in with themselves, and focus on emotional and mental well-being. Activities may include:
- Guided conversations and group discussions
- Emotional intelligence and coping skill building
- Mindfulness practices and stress management
- Low-impact fitness and gentle movement accessible to all ability levels
Wellness Wednesdays encourage connection, reflection, and healing—without pressure or judgment. Participants are welcome to engage at their own comfort level.
