Momentum Mondays are open community support days where individuals and families can stop in to access resources, ask questions, receive guidance, and take steps toward personal and family goals. Walk-ins are welcome during posted hours.
- On Mondays, community members are welcome to:
- Complete intake and enrollment for Community Grapevines programs
- Visit the Donation Closet for clothing and essential items (as available)
- Learn about available resources, referrals, and services
- Speak with staff or volunteers to identify needs and next steps
